Welcome.
We are excited that you are interested in our preliminary. The competition will take place on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Hartselle High School Auditorium at 1000 Bethel Road NE, Hartselle, AL 35640. Time will be set closer to the date of competition depending on the number of candidates.

Competition is open to young ladies from across the State and is limited to 25 candidates for each title. Participation is based on a first come basis.

There is a $100 entrance fee for the teen competition and a $50 no show deposit for the Miss competition.

Mandatory paperwork and fees must be received no later than August 11, 2023.
New in 2023! For Girls Ages 7 – 11
Rising Star is a mentor program for girls ages 7-11 with our Miss Southern Hospitality and Miss Southern Hospitality Teen Contestants.
Your rising star will participate on stage with our candidates, and if paired with our winners, they will attend the Miss Alabama and Miss Alabama Teen competition.
